Compensation: $60,000+ annual base + Benefits & Discretionary Bonus

Role Summary

GRUBBRR is seeking a Bilingual Client Success Manager (English/Spanish) to serve as the primary post-implementation relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise clients.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for driving adoption, retention, satisfaction, and long-term value realization across complex, multi-location deployments.

You will act as a trusted advisor to both executive stakeholders and operational teams, ensuring that GRUBBRR’s platform delivers measurable business outcomes while aligning internal teams to support client success.

  • Conduct business reviews, training, and operational discussions in both English and Spanish

  • Bridge communication between executive stakeholders and on-the-ground teams

  • Ensure clarity, adoption, and alignment across all levels of the organization


What You’ll Do

🔹 Customer Relationship & Adoption Leadership

  • Own and develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients, including executive and operational stakeholders

  • Become an expert in each client’s deployment, business objectives, and success metrics

  • Drive adoption through proactive engagement, best practices, and strategic guidance

  • Establish trusted advisor status across multiple levels of the organization


🔹 Product Advocacy & Value Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for clients to better leverage GRUBBRR’s full technology stack

  • Lead feature adoption efforts, including demos, enablement, and release discussions

  • Support expansion and growth by aligning platform capabilities with business needs


🔹 Retention, Risk & Growth Support

  • Monitor adoption trends, engagement metrics, and success plans

  • Identify potential risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies

  • Partner with Sales and leadership on renewals and expansion opportunities

  • Maintain primary accountability for customer satisfaction and retention outcomes


🔹 Issue Management & Executive Communication

  • Act as the customer advocate during critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication

  • Provide clear, executive-level updates during both steady-state operations and escalations

  • Proactively communicate system changes, risks, and optimization opportunities


🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support)

  • Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product and delivery teams

  • Share best practices and contribute to team-wide success initiatives


🔹 Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing success planning

  • Define and track success metrics aligned to client objectives

  • Contribute to the evolution of GRUBBRR’s customer success frameworks and processes

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (professional working proficiency required)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Enterprise Software, Technology Consulting, or related roles

  • Experience supporting complex, multi-location or enterprise technology platforms

  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in clear business terms

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, including Director, VP, and C-level executives

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams

  • Must work full-time in GRUBBRR’s Boca Raton office


Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality technology, POS, kiosks, fintech, or payments

  • Background supporting franchise systems, stadiums/venues, or government clients

  • Experience with renewals, success planning, or account growth strategies

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and product organizations
